SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery of the engine by truck equipped with a lift gate is $75 each way and residential delivery is an additional $100 each way. Those services are not required for New Jersey customers.

STATE SALES TAX

All orders shipped within New Jersey will have 6.625% New Jersey state sales tax added.

All orders shipped within New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Ohio or Michigan will have your current county sales tax added. We do not we collect sales tax in the other states.


CREDIT CARD CHARGES

All orders that have been processed and are requested to be cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 10% processing fee.

If valid charges are disputed a 25% chargeback fee will be applied to your credit card account.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns on unused products must be accompanied with a copy of invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refunds or cancellations are subject to transaction fees. All shipping costs incurred from the delivery and return of the product will be charged against the credited amount. No returns will be accepted on used products, special orders and non stocking items. All returns will be inspected for damages and subject to repair charges.


DAMAGED & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

IMPORTANT! All freight must be inspected upon delivery!

All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. It is your responsibility to inform the person receiving your engine to visually inspect the pallet & box for any damages BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email our Customer Service Department at info@promarengine.com within 24 hours.


PRICE CHANGES

Promar reserves the right to alter any price or policy at the company's discretion.

CORE POLICY

All engines, cylinder heads, and crankshafts are sold on an exchange basis. While there is no core deposit required, all cores must be returned. By purchasing our product you agree to have the appropriate, rebuildable core ready for pickup or paid for in full within 30 days. After 30 days your warranty will be voided and you will be charged market value for your core. Please call for immediate pickup.
