WHAT TO DO

STEPS FOR RESOLVING YOUR ISSUE

What To Do If You Are Having A Problem

Do not attempt to repair the suspected defect without first contacting the manufacturer. Unauthorized warranty repairs will not be reimbursed and will void your warranty.

STEP 1

Gather the proper information

You will need the following information to start a new warranty claim:

  • Registration or Invoice Number
  • Installation Date
  • Approximate Mileage Since Installation Date

If you are the vehicle owner it is recommended you take the vehicle to your original installer or a repair shop at this point.

Remind the installer or repair facility to not attempt any repairs prior to obtaining authorization from the manufacturer.
